Credit Unions wins Customer Excellence Award for the 9th Year in a Row!
CXi say that “The number one spot in the sector and for the overall survey for an incredible ninth year is the Irish Credit Union. The only brand throughout the survey to gain an overall CX score above 8, which demonstrates the delivery of CX Excellence. They have remained in the top spot because of consistent scoring in trust, empathy and being easy to deal with. This year they further expanded their lead by improving resolution with their You Fix Things score increasing by 7.9%. They deliver to their audience in a Ireland Customer Experience Report 2023 Accelerating CX Excellence 2023 CXi Report Sector Analysis way that creates connection while remaining increasingly efficient.”
We are all very proud again this year for Credit Unions in Ireland to be recognised as the best customer experience in Ireland across all sectors. This is not something we take lightly - our Directors and Staff try to look at each decision we make so that it is in the best interests of our Members - always. Despite investing in technology and advancements that make routine transactions convenient and what our Members expect, we always want to meet our Members and talk to them when something important arises in their lives.
